Adding engine pacakge variable to upgrade jobs

Adding engine pacakge name option to upgrade jobs, default is
ovirt-engine, to supprt running downstream  jobs with the
code. Also updated the repo name to point to the /rpm/{distro} folder
in the jobs' params, instead of having it hard-coded
