webadmin: Fix ClassCastException when importing VMs with pinned host

Fixed regression introduced in commit d35db9a644a8b00590553c8ba796c3378b949810
that changed VmImportGeneralModel to no longer extend VmGeneralModel, but still
treated it as such when casting the `target` of async callback.

Chnaged async callback to use outer class instead of the legacy `target`
parameter.
