core: GlusterBrickValidatorTest assertions

Modernize the assertions in this test class using the assertThat syntax
with the custom matchers from
org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.validator.ValidationResultMatchers.
This lends towards making the code more readable and the failure
messages clearer.
