webadmin: UI plugin tab switch

- When selecting a item in the system tree that
  would result in only one tab and you were on
  a UI plugin provided tab, the newly selected
  tab would not be selected and you would end up
  in some endless loop. This patch checks if the
  original tab is UI plugin provided and make sure
  the new tab is selected.
