Initial Integration test with arquillian and working automatic rollback

 * Bump of maven-surefire-plugin to 2.12.3 to make groups/categories work
 * Tests annotated with @Category(IntegrationTest.class) will not be run
   when running unit tests
 * Integration tests which inherit from TransactionalTestBase have
   access to a fully working dao layer
 * Add maven-failsafe-plugin for running integration tests

To run integration tests type:

   mvn clean verify -DskipITs=false

Note that 'skipITs' is set to false for backward compitibility only
(e.g. Jenkins jobs). A standard maven execution should execute all
tests which are there. Tests should normally only be skipped when it is
an explicit decision.
