engine: Refactor RemoveDisksSnapshot Callback

Removed DiskSnapshotsCommandCallback, and use SerialChildCommandsExecutionCallback instead.

Change RemoveDiskSnapshotsCommand to implement SerialChildExecutingCommand methods.
