Update to model 4.0.25 and metamodel 1.0.15

The most relevant changes in the new version of the model are the
following:

* Add the `host`, `destroy` and `format` parameters to the operation
  that removes a storage domain.

* Added missing links to all types.

* Add `collapseSnapshots` parameter to the operation that imports a
  virtual machine from an export storage domain.

* Add `reportedKernelCmdline` and `customKernelCmdLine` attributes to
  the `OperatingSystem` type.

* Add `Update` method to the `DiskAttachment` service.

* Add types and services for cluster levels support.

* Restore the `macPool` attribute of the `DataCenter` type.

* Add `stateful` attribute to the `VmPool` type.
