core: Remove unused ConfigValues

This patch removes ConfigValues that are no longer used by the
application.

It removes:
* Entires in ConfigValues
* The corresponding entires in ConfigurationValues
* The corresponding entries in engine-config.properties
* The corresponding entries from the database
* Mocking of these entries in tests
