core: Fix of null arch of imported VMs

When VDSM provides VM for possible import and architecture is `null`,
it is changed to x86_64. The change is logged.

This best effort solution allows us to
* offer correct import target Cluster in frontend dialog
* actually import the VM as architecture is required to be non-null in
  ImportVmCommandBase#validateVdsCluster validation method
