restapi: Ignore invalid vm.cpu.mode in V3

In version 3 of the API invalid values of the "vm.cpu.mode" attribute
were just ignored, but in version 4 of the server enums are validated
before they reach the mappers. This means that in the V3 translation
layer we need to catch and ignore the exception.
