core: Fix xmlrpc-client classloading issue

Fixes xmlrpc-client classloading issue, which was caused by removing
xmlrpc code related to engine <-> VDSM communication (patch
I01cbfabc515f9bcfff875fccc5f23a4c718362da). Unfortunately xmlrpx is
still used to communicate with external scheduler, so xmlrpc jboss
module has to remain in the project.
