packaging: engine-backup: Nicer message on failure

Prefix all notifications to the engine with 'engine-backup:'.

Without this only backup start/end messages have 'Backup', but when
errors are sent, it might not be clear that engine-backup sent them.

Also include scope and log file location in the message.
