core: rm QueriesCommandBase#getVdsBroker

SinceVdsBroker in QueriesCommandBase is injected anyway, and the
getVdsBroker() method is only really used for spying it and returning a
mock object. Since the mocks are now injected by the AbstractQueryTest,
this method is redundant, and should be removed.
