Fix Bug Url match

Currently the check_bug_url checks only urls in the following format:
http://bugzilla.redhat.com/<bug-id>

This patch is fixing that and allows to catch urls with this format as well:
http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=<bug-id>
