Determine the necessary space from the sparse size of the image

Instead of relying on the OVF metadata (which is the raw size),
use the sparse size to determine local storage requirements, so
we don't need 50Gb of space in /var/tmp for a ~3.5GB qcow before
we copy it over to shared storage.
