webadmin: Inline Linq#selectHighestVersion

With the introduction of Java 8's streams, there's no longer any need
for methods like Linq#selectHighestVersion.
Java 8 allows for an elegant one line with the same functionality
that, at worst, has the same performance, and at best may hold some
optimization based on the underlying collection's implementation.
