engine: AuditLogableBase is not a TimeoutBase

The AuditLogableBase hierarchy should be simplified in order to allow a
simpler and less costly instantiation process.

One of the steps is to break the dependency on the TimeoutBase which can
be served out of the context of the logged entity.
