Change subject: Remove the 'experimental' flow
......................................................................
Remove the 'experimental' flow
This patch completely remove the 'experimental' flow by removing both
the deploy and the test jobs.
This patch moved the test job template to the templates directory to
maintain the ability to create the 'experimental' flow in different
environments.
