• renamed moveMacsOfUpdatedCluster to
migrateMacsToAnotherMacPoolIfNeeded
• removed duplicate call needToMigrateMacs.
• added missing source-target macPool
comparison in migrateMacsToAnotherMacPool
• added missing requireNonNull in migrateMacsToAnotherMacPool
