webadmin: Change message to match new UI

Before this patch, when importing an image from Glance, the text in
the dialog box redirects to the "'Events' or 'Tasks' tabs in the
footer pane", which doesn't exist in the new UI.
Also, the main 'tabs' are called 'content views'.
