backend: remove unrequired validation from vnicprofile.

A previous patch that was meant to update backend validaitons of
vnic profile wasn't complete (https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/80838/)
as it didn't remove the restriction for alphanumeric and "-".

This problem only appears in 4.1 and shouldn't be applied to master.
