Add support to update tracker for d/s bugs

The current update_tracker hook updates only u/s bugs.
Added support to update tracker for d/s bugs with
'Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager' product.

NOTE:
- The product added to the config file (in 'PRODUCTS' variable)
- The 'PRODUCTS' variable holds a list (separated with comma ',')
  with all the allowed products.
