lago: restrict jobs to run on same distro vm

Lately I've encountered several errors on virt-sysprep stage, which
I think are the result of a *really* weird infrastructure combination
lago jobs use:
el7-host -> fc25/24 vm -> el7 mock -> starting a fc24/el7.3 vm with lago

At the moment, I see no point in investigating this weird scenario
deeply, as it happens only here.
This patch tries to reduce the noise by restricting lago jobs to run on the
same distro VM, so it will look like:

el7-host -> X vm -> X mock -> starting a fc24 vm

If this doesn't resolve the issue, the next escalation point could be moving
to bare-metals(instead of 'testing' L3 nested virtualisation on each lago
job)
