core: move some of the run-once specific parameters to RunVmOnceParams

The following parameters for run VM: boot-menu, spice file transfer and spice
copy-paste, are specific to run-once flow (otherwise they should be taken from
the VM definition), therefore they are moved from RunVmParams to RunVmOnceParams.
