Update to model 4.1.16 and metamodel 1.1.10

The more relevant changes in the new version of the model are the
following:

* Add `succeeded` parameter to the operation that end an external job.

* Add `initial_size` attribute to the `Disk` type.

The changes in the new version of the metamodel aren't relevant to the
Ruby SDK, but anyhow it is good practice to keep the SDK in sync with
the versions used by the engine.
