Update to model 4.1.27 and metamodel 1.1.10

The more relevant changes in the new version of the model are the
following:

 * Add `execution_host` link to the `Disk` type.

 * Add `succeeded` parameter to the operation that end an external
   job.

 * Add `initial_size` attribute to the `Disk` type.

The more relevant changes in the new version of the model are the
following:

 * Fix reading of XML attributes of enum types. #1408839
