aaa: Running the command logon on the VM via the REST failed

Passwords should be encrypted using engine
pki certificate and not using client
cetificate. Restapi does not send client
id so using engine pki cert SSO can still
save encrypted password in SsoSession.

The saved password is used to execute VmLogon
command.
