Extracting projects folder name from stage script

Currently the check patch script that generates the
differences.html file uses the jenkins-jobs command
with hardcoded yaml and projects folders.
I have moved the projects' folder name to a
parameters.sh script so each repo will be able to
use it's own projects folder.

For example, the ds-jenkins repo in D/S uses
ds_projects folder so the JJB_PROJECTS_DIR parameters
in parameters.sh script will be evaluated to ds_projects
instead of projects in the U/S jenkins repo
