After itamar installed an initial jenkins LTS version, i'm working on installing basic plugins 
that will help us with management and auditing the server.

1. Audit Trail -> logs all actions done on the server (and by whom)
2. set matrix security -> right now 'anonymous' access is allowed only to view the jobs and status.
   every new user can be set to misc security settings as needed (such as running jobs/configuring/etc... )
   we can discuss who's allowed to do what once all jobs are set up and running.

3. TODO: upgrade the to the latest LTS  version (1.424.1) (need root access to the server)
4.       add more jenkins nodes (slaves) from openshift/ec2 -> run all jobs on them only and not on the master node.

once it's all setup, i'll start creating basic jobs for ovirt-engine (mvn install, unit test, gwt..etc..)
