Great idea. I'll do this right now. Quick question - what does 'pc'
stand for?

For the future, anyone with 'sudo' on lists.ovirt.org can make a
mailing list, and here is our helpful procedural:

It takes <5 min to create a list, so it's an easy task for anyone to do.

** Some questions for the Infra team **

What would be a way for this task to be available for a new
contributor to do?

Can we make a 'newadmins' group and give limited sudo access to that
group? Limited being, "run executables from /usr/lib/mailman/bin/.*",
for example.

What should the approval procedure for a new list be? Do you want this
to be an Infra decision? Should the request/discussion be on arch@ or
board@ or the project list e.g. engine-devel@?
