Missing login oprion in wiki pages

Hi Doron,

Indeed, this looks like a bug in the theme.

Garrett, the theme author and designer, is on vacation now, and will not 
be around for a few weeks.

I can have a look at cobbling something together to address this short 
term, but I imagine that he will want to handle it 'properly' in the 
theme on his return.
