The annnounce at ovirt.org mailing list has all subscribers automatically
moderated to keep it announcement-only.

However, it would be a good idea for various persons in the project to
not be moderated - project leaders, release team, etc. - people who
typically announce stuff. :)

Any objections? Or can I get some +1s in approval?
