That is a good question something I bet no one has sat down and though 
about.  My personal view is you should make a commitment to attending 
the weekly meeting outside of that I haven't seen any hard requirements 
other then helping out and make sure everything runs well.  At some 
point we are going to need to define the role more clearly but as of 
right now it is pretty vague.
