Even though you are conducting your meeting on the phone, you can use
ovirtbot in #ovirt to record the meeting notes. People participating
in the call can write #info, #action, #topics, and so forth back to
the IRC channel. This makes it easier to track what was said/agreed
to, and you can try to capture some of the reasoning.
