i did it.

it did have 100% and saggi pointed out to me.
the job didn't run (sched to run nightly).

i've freed space by moving the /var/lib/jenkins/monitoring to the /ephermeral0 temp space (stat data that is regenerated).
also a 9GB backup file i moved it to another server to free space.
