Meeting time adjustment

For various reasons, the current Infra team meeting time doesn't seem to
be workable. I think there is general agreement on this, and that we
need a new meeting time.

I created a mapping of the times I'm available, and you can paint in
your options here:

I suspect we're still looking for a narrow 2-hour window across the
first four days of the week.
