Change: ConfirmAccount

After everyone :) complained about the 50 word bio limit when requesting
a new wiki account, I just changed it to 5 words.

I guess ... well, I get tired of going to people's [[User]] page and
seeing nothing, so I'm happy to get at least a few words there. If
people disagree, speak up and we can go to 0, I guess - leave people the
freedom/choice to not have a bio.
