Hello,
Thank you for your email. This sounds like a good offer, I think we are
interested in talking further. I love the idea of having oVirt projects
hosted on an oVirt platform!
We've been discussing this hosting need here on infra at ovirt.org for a
few weeks. A vision for the oVirt project might be to have hosting
provided by many contributors and supporters, similar to this:
https://fedoraproject.org/sponsors
In specific, we currently have needs for a new host to be the Jenkins
master (jenkins.ovirt.org), a new Gerrit host or VM (gerrit.ovirt.org),
and a few VMs for serving MediaWiki, Mailman, etc.
The Jenkins server in particular has been hard to find at a reasonable
cost. It needs fast disk I/O, such as RAID 5 or 10, as well as ~8 proc
cores, and 8+ GB of RAM.
Would you like to continue this discussion here via email?
Thanks - Karsten
