 add jenkins jobs to build hosted engine repos:

 git clone git://gerrit.ovirt.org/ovirt-hosted-engine-setup
 cd ovirt-hosted-engine-setup
 ./autogen.sh
 ./configure
 make rpm


 git clone git://gerrit.ovirt.org/ovirt-hosted-engine-ha
 cd ovirt-hosted-engine-ha
 ./autogen.sh --system
 ./configure --prefix=/usr --exec_prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc
 --localstatedir=/var
 make rpm

 and publish it for nightly builds.
