 Do we have a release checklist? I would like to ensure that we also have a
 checklist item for writing the release announcement email (notify Dave
 Neary and Brian Proffitt), and update web page with release announcement
 (front page, releases page, quick start page) - also regeneration of an
 oVirt Live image.
