Updating the F18 builders on jenkins.ovirt

OK, so the issue we were seeing did not resolve itself.[1]  Any 
objection to me giving temporary access to the F18 builder to an SELinux 
expert to look around?  We're tracking the issue in a bug and the person 
looking to help needs access to the machine if we can give it. [2] 
FWIW, I've known Dan Walsh for years and he's widely considered one of 
the foremost SELinux experts around.
