 I commend any organization's progress towards opening up venues for
 broader participation and collaboration; I don't have otherwise personal
 interest in having ovirt.org adopt this setup (besides perhaps the fact
 that it will serve as an example for other organizations with wikis that
 aren't publicly editable), but nevertheless I'm happy to help make it
 happen.

 I do believe that the Strapping skin can benefit from a development
 approach that takes into account mediawiki's editing tools and interface
 elements (so that both open and restricted wikis can benefit from the skin
 without any shortcomings that may advent from details that are overlooked
 by the skin's developers). This is my main motivation to push this change
 forward.
