 Meanwhile, trying to get SMTP to work. added wgsmtp to LocalSettings.php
 so far, trying to achieve a connection from mediawiki on openshift to
 smtp-server at resources.ovirt.org. [[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 Added php Mail-files by editing deplist.txt and pushing it.[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 Will plan outage and continue the work later.
