Comment:

 It slowage seemed intermittent, and could have been related to everything
 being all on the same box.

 We are planning to move the Mailman instance to (IIRC) one of the
 RackSpace servers.

 I'm going to close this as not an issue, but we should keep our eye on the
 performance.
