starting to work on installing alterway1 as jenkins master

fyi,

i've started to work on installing the new jenkins master on alterway1,
i created a pad so we can write all the steps we're doing so if someone stops
in the middle, someone else can take over.

after the installation will be finished, we can update the wiki with the steps from the etherpad.

the goal is to install jenkins and all his plugins, and then continue with the migration plan.
