Personal experience with running jenkins on RHEL for the past 2 years puts me in favor for RHEL.
I have no experience using CentOS at for any service, so i vote +1 for RHEL 6.3.
If it's no issue to get RHEL as fast as we can get Centos, i'd say lets go for it.
