+1 to that assessment of what and how.

+1 to adding David as a full Jenkins admin - ssh+sudo through to admin
console.

Once we move through the upcoming hosting changes, we'll be in a better
position to partition out roles with sudo across hosts that are focused
on specific services, so we can add people to do roles instead of having
to give all the keys, all at once.
