openstack jenkins job builder

Hello,

I was pointed at the openstack jenkins job builder[1] and was wondering
if this is something we should adapt as well. It's configuration looks
very similar to the way travis is configured as well.

Pro's:
- Standardization among our own projects
- Standardization with other open source projects

Con's
- No experience with it
- Requires some time to set up

What am I forgetting?
