 It happens to see broken dependency tree while installing from oVirt
 repositories.
 Please add a jenkins job for testing repository closure when deploying to
 the yum repository:

 # repoclosure -r ovirt-nightly -l fedora -l updates

 the job could be run after nightly build to a temporary repository and
 avoid the copy to the download repository if the new packages breaks the
 repository closure.
