What's a good location for some back-up SOP docs?

E.g. when the wiki is slow, it's likely something going on with
OpenShift. How to check for that, etc. would be great to have in a
neutral location likely to stay up.

Maybe we can put something in an Infra git repo that is mirrored from
gerrit.ovirt.org to github.com/ovirt?
